This is the 2016 edition of an annual meeting organized by the GdR Atomes Froids allowing french cold atoms PhD students to meet together. It is organized by PhD students (and post-doc) and will take place, this year, in "Université de Lille 1" in Villeneuve d'Ascq (near Lille).

The event consists in two conferences by distinguished speakers, and presentation of talks and posters by the participants.

Registration is free but mandatory.

Once registered you will be able to propose a title and a summary for your poster or talk.

We expect to be able to afford for thirty participations grants. Priority will be given to the first applicants.

Your participation on the conference will be confirmed once your abstract will be approved.

Registrations are open until Avril 30^th. After this date, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the conference program.

The poster session will be located in the "Espace Culturel" in the poster room.

Time for talks is  25 minutes (20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)

The conference is located in the 'Espace culturel" on the campus of "Université de Lille 1".

To get to the University campus:

i) By plane:

From the "Lequin" airport : you can take a shuttle  (http://www.lille.aeroport.fr/acceder-a-l-aeroport/navette/) to "Gare Lille Flandre" station and the take the subway to the campus (see below).

ii) By train:

-From "Gare Lille Flandre" station take the subway line 1 ("yellow") direction "4-Canton Grand Stade"  and step off at "Cité Scientifique-Pr Gabillard" (see the subway map below).

- From the gare station "Gare Lille Europe" : You can take the metro line "red" direction "ST Philibert"  then get off at "Gare Lille Flandre". (see the metro plan below).

From station "Cité Scientifique Pr Gabillard" you have just to walk to "Espace Culturel" (See map below).

The hotel is located  "57 rue de Béthune, 59800 Lille.".

To get to the hotel :

You can take the metro line "yellow" then get off at Rihour. Then you just have to walk following the blue dot path on the map below

The conference dinner will take place at the restaurant "Ecumes des mers" located "10 Rue Pas, 59000 Lille".
